BalaShoppa is a simple stock and inventory app for spaza shops, market stalls, and small businesses across South Africa. Built offline-first from the ground up, it gives shop owners a way to add stock, log sales, and track their business on the phone they already have. No fast internet required. No complicated setup. When connectivity is available, data syncs online to produce simple reports useful for securing loans, finding suppliers, and planning growth. Currently in pre-launch, with early access signups open and investor conversations underway.
A collaborative partnership in which Julian serves as a company director for Zivuno1, shaping the product vision, defining strategic direction, and laying the foundations for a personal financial management tool that helps users understand, control, and plan their finances with clarity.

A side project built in parallel with client work. Falling Feather Studio makes modular TTRPG supplements for Dungeon Masters, selling through a live ecommerce storefront with 14 products in the catalog and a two-week release cadence in place from day one. The work spans brand and storefront design, content production, community building via Patreon, and the business systems that keep it all running.
